Mr. Nasca started his legal career as a law clerk with the state of New Jersey, Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control in 1988. Mr. Nasca was later sworn in as a Deputy Attorney General with the Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control. Mr. Nasca served as a Deputy Attorney General until 2009 when he left State service to join the Skene Law Firm. During his time at the Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control, Mr. Nasca was involved with all aspects of alcoholic beverage regulation and enforcement. For the majority of Mr. Nasca’s tenure with the Division, he was assigned to the Enforcement Bureau where he assisted with investigations and prosecuted licensees who violated the State’s alcoholic beverage control laws.
Mr. Nasca received his Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers University in 1995 and his law Degree from Widener University School of Law in 1999.
